Terms of Service
Please read these terms carefully before using brandID bookme. By creating an account you agree to be bound by these terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using brandID bookme (“the Service”), operated by brandID (“we”, “us”, “our”), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.
These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use brandID bookme at bookme.brandid.app.
2. Account Registration
To use most features of brandID bookme, you must create an account. When registering, you agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information
- Maintain and promptly update your account information
- Keep your password secure and confidential
- Accept responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
You may register using an email address and password or through Google OAuth. You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree to use brandID bookme only for lawful purposes. You may not:
- Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
- Send spam, unsolicited messages, or misleading booking requests
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or our systems
- Upload malicious content, viruses, or harmful code
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
- Scrape, mine, or automatically extract data from the platform
- Create multiple accounts for abusive purposes
- Use the Service to collect personal information of others without consent
We reserve the right to investigate and take appropriate action against anyone who violates these provisions, including removing content and suspending or terminating accounts.
4. Subscription Plans & Billing
brandID bookme offers three subscription tiers:
- Free — basic scheduling features at no cost
- Pro ($12/month) — advanced features including priority support and additional integrations
- Elite ($25/month) — full feature set with premium support and unlimited capabilities
Paid subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe. By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis until you cancel.
Prices are subject to change with 30 days' advance notice. Continued use of the Service after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.
5. Cancellation & Refunds
You may cancel your paid subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting support. Upon cancellation:
- Your paid features will remain active until the end of the current billing period
- Your account will automatically revert to the Free plan
- No partial refunds are provided for the remaining days of a billing cycle
Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis for billing errors or service issues. To request a refund, contact [email protected] within 14 days of the charge.
For paid event bookings made through the platform, refund policies are determined by the event host. brandID is not responsible for refund disputes between hosts and their bookees.
6. Intellectual Property
The brandID bookme platform, including its design, logos, code, features, and documentation, is the intellectual property of brandID and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.
- You retain ownership of any content you upload (profile images, event descriptions, form templates)
- By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to display and distribute it as necessary to provide the Service
- You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of our platform
- The brandID and brandID bookme names and logos may not be used without written permission
7. Third-Party Integrations
brandID bookme connects with third-party services including Google Calendar, Google Meet, Outlook Calendar, Zoom, Stripe, and PayPal. Regarding these integrations:
- Each integration is optional and initiated by you
- Third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies
- We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or security of third-party services
- You may disconnect any integration at any time through your account settings
- We request only the minimum permissions necessary for each integration to function
- Our use of Google user data complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements
We make no warranties regarding the performance or reliability of any third-party service. Service disruptions from third-party providers are beyond our control. For details on how we handle data from each integration, see our Privacy Policy.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- brandID bookme is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied
- We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure access to the Service
- We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
- Our total liability for any claim arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim
- We are not responsible for missed meetings, scheduling conflicts, or payment disputes arising from use of the platform
9. Account Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if:
- You violate these Terms of Service
- You engage in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity
- Your account has been inactive for an extended period
- We are required to do so by law
You may delete your account at any time through your settings. Upon deletion, your personal data will be removed within 30 days, subject to legal retention requirements. Active subscriptions should be cancelled before account deletion.
10. Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from or related to the Service will be resolved as follows:
- Informal resolution — we encourage you to contact us first at [email protected] to resolve any issues informally
- Mediation — if informal resolution is unsuccessful, both parties agree to attempt mediation before pursuing formal proceedings
- Arbitration — any unresolved disputes shall be settled through binding arbitration in accordance with applicable arbitration rules
You agree to resolve disputes individually and waive any right to participate in a class-action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or through a notice on the platform at least 30 days before they take effect. Your continued use of brandID bookme after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
We encourage you to review these terms periodically. The “Last updated” date at the top indicates when the most recent changes were made.
